  • Don’t do it!

    We decided on this apartment for the pool. They decided to close the pool on the weekends and Mondays and only open Tuesday- Friday during business hours. I work 5am till 6pm on these days. So the pool is useless. I would have never moved here other wise. Any given time of the day when you walk outside you can smell marijuana.

    This place is poorly constructed. I lived in a unit downstairs and heard EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbors did. The upstairs unit was also causing water damages to my ceilings. They also rent to questionable people, who make it unpleasant to live there. Also, do not expect to get your security deposit back. We left the apartment so clean that it was rented days after we left. But according to the apartment manager our stove and refrigerator wasn't clean, that was $65 fee. If they just wanted to ...
    keep the security deposit -- they should just say that. I'd go elsewhere if you can. Stay away from Silvercreek.

    We have been living at these apartments for about three years now and have seen dramatic transformations. We moved yesterday to an updated model within the same complex and what a difference! Our old apartment looked as though it hadn’t changed much since the 1980’s, but the updated model is just beautiful. Our current home is by far the nicest apartment I have ever lived at. I love the dark hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment, chrome fixtures, and two-toned paint. My husband and were ...
    ready to move from our third-story apartment to a first floor and had considered moving to a different apartment complex up the street when our lease ended, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating that we decided to stay another year.
