      Lack of communication with management. They don’t follow their own operating hours for the office. Shut off utilities without notice. Refuse to give packages, never got a key to access the amenities I pay for

      My boyfriend and I are traveling nurses so we move every 3-6 months for work, and we’ve never experienced any issues like we have with this complex’s management. We recently moved out and our apartment could not have been cleaner or left in better condition. We did a walk through with one manager and a maintenance man. I replaced the drip pans to brand new ones...I asked the manager if the drip pans I provided were adequate and she assured me that they were. They were both impressed and told ...
      us we would get our full deposit back, minus the carpet cleaning fee and our last month of the sewer/water/trash bill. I should have recorded the walk through. Lesson learned. We moved out November 2nd, and now on December 2nd, we have received a notice from the collection company of an outstanding balance. We had not received anything from Silverdale Ridge prior to the collection notice since we moved out. Upon follow up with Silverdale Ridge, they are charging us $50 for the drip pans because we did not provide a receipt. When we did the walk through, neither the manager nor the maintenance man mentioned ANYTHING about providing a receipt. Again, they were brand new drip pans. Silverdale Ridge is unwilling to budge on any of the charges, and was not able to explain to us what else we were being charged for besides our prorated rent (4 days), carpet cleaning, and sewer/water/trash. We should have been getting some of our $400 deposit back, instead of being sent a collections notice. Also, I understand things can be hectic when switching to new management, but this place is seriously disorganized (or at least it was before we left)....they happened to lose 2 of my packages that were delivered there and it took them over a half hour to find my Apple Watch that they had signed for the day before. The old management was doing valet trash service (everyone must pay $25/month and your trash is picked up from your doorstep), but when management switched, the trash service stopped picking up people’s trash, however they continued to charge residents! Just be careful. Sketchy people.

      Silverdale Ridge are by far the nicest apartments in Silverdale. It is really a hidden gem out of the complexes here. The exterior of the apartment complex is clean & the grass is always manicured & kept up with. There are walking trails in the complex w/ dog stations that are stocked w/ puppy potty bags. They just recently added a dog park to the community so you can enjoy time with your puppies off leash. This complex is definitely dog friendly! The apartment complex also has a smaller but ...
      completely renovated gym & outdoor pool. I live in a 1bd/1bath deluxe (806 sqft) unit & the kitchen space & storage are unreal. The kitchen is huge with a peninsula island & a walk-in pantry which is rare to come by in any apartment. They are completed with upgraded granite countertops, wood cabinets, & a mix of stainless steel & black appliances. The living room is incredibly spacious, the bedroom is a big & has a huge walk in closet w/ great storage, they have huge windows. The bathroom is a nice size w/ matching granite & cabinets to the kitchen & includes a full size washer/dryer (w/ storage shelves above--so much added space/storage!) that is hidden inside a closet. The balcony is a nice size w/ extra storage & is covered which is nice since it rains in often.The entire staff at Silverdale Ridge is so stellar!! As many have pointed out, Deedee was wonderful as an apartment manager, but she has since left, but Michelle has stepped in & has been nothing short of an amazing manager! She is so helpful, sweet, & understanding. Then there is Lyn, the leasing consultant & so much more because she is always helping out Michelle & all the residents in anyway she can, & she is super sweet! Then, finally there is the maintenance man & so much more- Luis, he is extremely helpful with any fixes needed in the apartment in a very timely manner & he is the most professional maintenance I have ever had in an apartment community. He once even helped me bring up packages to my apartment. What is also great is you can request maintenance on the apartment website which is so convenient. Overall, these three are the dream team to say the least! Overall, this community is very quiet. Silverdale Ridge is located in a perfect location, basically 5 minutes away from anything & everything in Silverdale. 10 minutes to Bremerton/ 10 minutes to Poulsbo. Overall, these apartments and the staff are superb! I am sad I have to go when my husbands orders are up here!

      Deedee is a person you want to see here at Silverdale Ridge Apartments. She has been nothing but amazing and I can see why her property is rated one of the best ones in Silverdale.       Lyn, DeeDee, and Luis are truly the best trio! These apartments are gorgeous, with so much space! Some even have a walk-in pantry!! I mean that is so awesome! The management team is friendly, informative, and respectful to guests and tenants. The square footage of apartments are roomy and spacious.       Beautiful apartments at a really great price with an active, friendly and welcoming community. Great location for the commute to Bremerton and Banger base.       We've lived here for two years now and would like to renew again if possible. The complex is always kept up, it's quiet and the apartments have a cozy feeling. My husband has about a ten minute drive to the base and we are in a great location. The property manager DeeDee is always pleasant and seems to care about the residents.
