Awesome Place to Live
October 18, 2022We moved in at the end of August. We really love it hear. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The residents that live around around us are nice and friendly. ZERO STARS IF I COULD
June 9, 2020Living in Victoria there isn’t many apartments to choose from. But let me tell you this is NOT the place to choose. This was my very first apartment and I was super disappointed with how the office ladies treated us. Within our first month our toliet was broken wouldn’t flush, took them awhile to fix it. Then our AC continuously would stop working, we reported that also, again took awhile to fix. The thing that bugged me the most is the ladies in the office were SUPER SUPER unprofessional. I made ...a comment on a review for the apartments sharing my bad experience and they called me confronting me about what I had posted and not in a nice way. I understand that we aren’t the only ones with problems and repairs to be made, but do not call the resident and treat them like that. February 25, 2020When I moved in, they showed me a really nice apartment and for a good price but I got to the apartment I am staying at and it was nothing like it! The maintenance is SO, SO BAD! No matter how many times you call and go into the office they will not do anything for you. The lost their copy of my apartment key which who knows who has it! Good location and the worst maintenance
May 18, 2018I have lived here for over 5 years and the worst part about the complex is the lack of maintenance. When you place a workorder or tell someone in the office it’s definitely not important to them to address as it will take weeks for someone to come out. They are currently updating the complex and you cannot have anything on your porch other then patio furniture and grills are not allowed. They have fixed roofs and the ends of every roof where a gutter would be is rotten wood and shoddy work. ...The pools are usually never clean and when they are it’s 2 days out of the week unless you clean it yourself. Find another complex to move into because although they are updating things haven’t changed at allProperty Manager Responded
