August 22, 2017The manager Tommi took the time to show me the studio and the 1 bedroom, and then back to the studio because i couldn't make up my mind, and then on top of that she let me use her office to fill out the online application, she was polite funny and professional. Although my application was denied due to my criminal background she took the time out of her busy schedule to call me and explain my situation to me. Right next to train tracks
April 28, 2017Overpriced high-density apartments right next to railroad tracks in a town with no jobs.Property Manager Responded
June 11, 2017Silverplace Apartment Homes offers a variety of apartment sizes and rent rates. Please take a look at the listing for current availabilty. The railroad tracks along the southern edge of the property has not been used since sustaining flood damage back in 2012.
