Guest Policy is a NIGHTMARE
June 19, 2025The apartment’s themselves are nice, but the guest policy is absolutely abysmal. Guests may not park past the gates where residents parks for fear of towing and the spots they can park at are extremely limited and far away from the apartments themselves. Guests must park in front of the apartment complex where there are approximately 10 spots, 3 of which are reserved for future residents and 1 is for the property staff. Additionally guests may only park there during the proper “visitation hours” ...otherwise your visitors will be towed within 10 minutes of them witnessing the violation. TLDR: the apartments are nice enough, but if you plan to have guests whatsoever stay far away from here.Property Manager Responded

WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE
November 6, 2023WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I seen horrible reviews with this place and thought that it was just pissed off tenants complaining over little things, but man was I wrong. Let’s start with all the FACTUAL NEGATIVES WITH THIS PLACE: the tenants here have no respect for other tenants living in peace. They yell at all hours of the day outside and inside their appartments, but the walls are so thin that all they have to do is talk normally and it can wake up up out of a dead sleep. They play music so ...loud you can feel the vibrations through your floors, walls, and roof. They’ll say it’s not 10 pm so it’s okay for them to play the music, but then continue to play music till 1 am. They’ll go outside smoke weed, cough, and laugh after midnight to wake you up when you have work in the morning. I’ve called the courtesy officer numerous times no response, called the actual cops and no one shows. The anxiety and stress of coming home is ridiculous. You will get no peace living here at all! Tenants are too good to take their trash out so they just leave trash bags outside all weekend, with stains of God knows what on the concrete outside your unit. There’s dog crap everywhere sometimes even right outside your door not even in the grass.This place is so bad and ratchet I want to break my lease and have to deal with finding and moving to a new apartment all over again. I lived here for 4 months and I’m already at my breaking point! GET ME OUT OF HERE NOW!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2022I have been searching for our new home, and nothing beat the Silver Stream staff. They are all so friendly and really made my family and I feel at home! Awful customer service
March 3, 2022I had an interesting experience with silverstream. I submitted an application and was guaranteed that the process only takes 24 hours. It’s been 4 days now, and I have been calling to get an update without success. It’s either they don’t answer or they put me on hold until I get tired and hang up. They started all nice and as soon as I paid the fees($338) the disrespect started. How hard is it to tell someone ( approved, still processing, or not approved). If you are treating a potential tenant ...in such manner, how would you treat me when I fully became and tenant? Well I am done begging for a response, and I am no longer interested. I would like a refund on my deposit. If that’s too hard for you to honor, I will be filling a claim with my bank.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
NO COMMUNICATION
January 14, 2022It is so unfortunate that I have to leave such a negative review about such a beautiful complex. I completed an application nearly a month ago, paid the required fees ( $175) yet every time I call to receive an update or ask if there is any additional information required I still have not received a response. I sent emails, left voicemails and I’ve even went to the complex on several occasions and there has been no one in the office. I understand that it’s busy during the beginning of the year ...but a courtesy call and/or response after a month would be professional and considerate at the least. Again, I am highly disappointed because this complex did check off most of my desires however communication is non negotiable. I cannot imagine staying somewhere and being unable to reach office personnel during an emergency. Do not waste your money unless you are sitting in someone’s face about to sign a lease because getting in touch is so difficult and insulting. And even then you rub the risk of a lease term of difficult communication. I let the beauty of the complex sway me away from previously written reviews.
