Great job on cleaning the parking lot. I walked out and it was clear and safe. The lot was clean and many cars had snow on them. It turned out to be a good start of the day.

Overall I have loved staying here over the past few years and would recommend it it anyone, as I have to a few friends who live here now as well. As with any place there are ups and downs but for the value Silverwood is a great place to live. Recent increases in costs and fees are not always loved with change in management but are not surprising.

I’m loving my neighbors, the maintenance guys, and all the people in the front office!! Everyone is very helpful and friendly! Parking is not as bad as I thought it was going to be. And the gym and sauna are my favorite to use!

Silverwood Apartments is a great place to live for anyone looking for a great location situated perfectly between Overland Park and Downtown with easy access to everywhere. The new management is taking some time to figure it out but are improving every day. The units and space aren’t perfect, but as a budget option, having the older units is a great way to save and enjoy where you live.

Staff was great up until we agreed to move there, then they stopped caring to do their jobs. They are notorious for not picking up the phone or calling back when you leave a voicemail. Moved in to a very unready apt, had several maintenance requests right off the bat. They closed early on our move in date so they left our keys in the unit unlocked. Went to move in the cleaning lady was still in there and then we realized she didn’t even clean it throughly. Maintenance has been on top of it but ...
other than that, would not recommend.

The office is basically unreachable. They also keep shutting off my building's water in the mornings with no notice whatsoever, often for hours at a time. Just completely inconsiderate.
