      Parking arrangements for residence and guest are terrible… outside pool area needs a lot of attention, the grills only lasted about six months not sure what the problem is with that but I hear complaints about it quite a bit…

      Overall, Simmons Park has been a really good place to live. The pool, the gym, common areas with billiards and games, social events, and the location are all excellent. Also, the new management team is a great improvement… very friendly and responsive. I have a 3 bedroom apt and pay through the nose for that added bedroom, despite the living room space being cramped. That said, 3 BR apts are tough to find on DI and therefore paying a premium is expected. Otherwise, very few complaints. ...
      In general, I would recommend Simmons Park over other similar options on DI.
