July 3, 2025While some fixes have finally been made -- internet being re-established after down for over 4 months in "office area", flooring finally repaired in community room, dog washing station a bit cleaner with essential supplies added, Simmons Park needs much more attention. In my opinion, the best part about the complex is the locality. Besides that, the pool area needs to be refurbished with new seating and cleaner cushions, although with the new obnoxious building going on behind it which has ...interrupted the serene pond and quietness it overlooks, not sure if it matters anymore. The gym has had several machines that haven't worked in 2 years and needs equipment upgrades. Parking has become nearly impossible unless you opt for $100 garage fee per month! It is also one of the few apt. complexes without a dog park! While staff and new management personnel are amazing and very helpful, certain changes are out of their hands!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Being seniors it offers the best for our needs Easy access to shopping, quality restaurants etc. The complex itself offers all the amenities for our needs Easy access including workout facility and pool in an exceptionally secure environment. Great location, dated apartments
October 23, 2024Property was undergoing updates when we moved out but our apartment was not updated before we left. Had some issues with residents dogs barking all hours. Management lost our dogs paperwork every year we renewed which was frustrating. Building fire alarms went off a lot, including the middle of the night, no actual fires as far as I know.
