Worst management
December 26, 2022First off I’m going to start with saying we had a dog during our 12 month lease. Our dog doesn’t bark, never once had an accident inside. For 6 months straight we dealt with a dog barking. Countless complaints were made to the office management and NOTHING was done. Cookie in particular was always rude and had an attitude. The only time she didn’t have an attitude was when you were getting ready to move out. I had To contact the owner of the property to finally get something done about the ...barking dog. Second, is that they enter your apartment days after you leave to assess what part of the security deposit you get back. Well don’t expect to get anything. Today we received a check for $6.33 out of $500. The reasoning is that they said “when we went to clean the carpets it smelt like dog urine” well our dog has never once had an accident. Then they said they found a ton of dog hair from the cleaning crew. Well the dog wasn’t there for the last month of the lease and I DEEP CLEANED the entire place. I vacuumed the floors so many times that once I finished I didn’t pick up one ounce of dog hair. My wife and I couldn’t be more excited to be out of this place and not needing to deal with them anymore. Absolutely worst place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
