I truly love living here being one of the founding forty residents I’ve seen the growth of this community and have enjoyed all of the connections I’ve made. I have made my best friends here, I have even made great relationships for business. My business has grown being in this environment. You can’t beat the views of the water and premium finishing of the kitchen appliances. The staff is incredible. Overall would recommend 10/10

I have loved living in Simone and really enjoy calling it home. The staff is great, Mirna and Olivia are always quick to help with anything that is needed. The touring process was quick and easy, all of my questions were answered, it was an easy decision to make Simone my new home. I highly recommend moving to Simone to anybody looking for a new home.

Moving to Simone was the easiest decision ever. The property is absolutely beautiful, think high end boutique hotel. One of the cleanest apartment buildings I toured (and i toured a lot.) The leasing consultant made my move day so seamless, overall the team has been nothing but great.
