    These apartments are great because it’s in a great location between Fort Wayne and Warsaw. The apartment its self is cozy and comfortable. Pet friendly, amazing AC in the summer.

  • Love my new apartment!

    I really love our new home and so does my dog! I just needed an apartment for a short time but I think I may stay here for a year now that I have been living in the apartment. It is a quiet and easy going community. And the fact that they have a community garden is so neat and different from the other apartments in the area.

  • Enjoy living at Simonson Estates

    My family and I moved in recently and we have really enjoyed how helpful the staff has been during our moving process. We had to move pretty quickly because we sold our home and needed a place to rent while our new home was being built. The girls in the office explained the application process and we leased an apartment 2 days later. The children love the playground and the pet walking area is really clean and great for our dog. I wouldn't live anywhere else during this time !

    Great about getting to work orders fast. Pet policy could be a little less biased. If they want people to stay there they should lower the rent yearly not raise it more and more. 300 dollars is a little steep for a pet to love there. A two bedroom apartment in Columbia city is not worth 700 dollars.
