Move-in was very convenient and easy. The Bloomfield office is accommodating and very helpful to have a nice stay. Apartment itself is also very nice although walls are a little thin.

Great apartment. Less than a block away from the train station that takes you directly into NYC. Maintenance and staff are great. The building itself could use some upkeep. Would recommend others to consider this building when apt hunting.

I love the apartment and Josh has really been gracious and kind. The person who lived in the apartment before me didn’t clean very well. There was lots of dog hair literally everywhere (I am allergic), and till now I haven’t gotten rid of it still so that was a bummer.

Its overall a pretty great place to live, thr location is nice and the amenities are great. Some neighbors are not respectful of the communities rules. It is kept clean and if you have any issues they fix it right away.

It’s okay. Wish there we more my more activities with booze like there was when I first moved in. They even had a table full of booze for Super Bowl and even plants for Earth Day

So far great, amenities are clean, quiet and overall great space. Package area could be more organized. Sometimes I’ve seen a lot of packages all over the floor not only in the main entrance but inside of the mail room.

Overall, I really enjoy living here. The amenities are nice. Considering the amount we pay for parking, I wish we had guest parking available in the building that way my guests didn’t have to pay when they visit me.
