Cool amenities but recent fire alarms have been disturbing and train noises are annoying. They even honk at night for some reason. They say they’re working on the fire alarms but it keeps happening. At this point I don’t think anyone will run outside anymore once a real fire is happening

I love the location right next to the train station, and the apartment itself is nice. It’s just very expensive. We’ve lived here for almost 4 years and the rent has climbed quickly since there’s so many apartment buildings around now. Likely won’t renew our lease in another year. But would recommend if within budget.

Most residents are for the most part okay. Some are slightly noise but what bothers me the most is that they don’t return the cart promptly. The smell or marijuana is sometimes constant but that is what bothers me the least.

So far, so good. I recently moved into Six Points Community and have had a very positive experience. The apartment staff has been welcoming, responsive, and easy to work with, and the residents I’ve met so far have been friendly and welcoming as well. Honestly just taking off a star because of the prices of rent, parking, and even utilities. I know it’s just the direction the market is headed but it’s tougher to see us living here in the same studio apartment that’s probably headed for the $3k range at least. Amenities are good, apartment building is really nice, and all the staff are kind and have been super helpful. If it’s in your price range, I totally recommend living here.

Love the building and the people in it. Its been almost 3 years and we are definitely staying more! Pet friendly building with nice neighbourhood. NY Train is just behind the building, nice restaurants around and less than 10 min away from Monclair! Watsessing and Brookdale Parks are so close you can enjoy your daily walks.
