    Love the building and the people in it. Its been almost 3 years and we are definitely staying more! Pet friendly building with nice neighbourhood. NY Train is just behind the building, nice restaurants around and less than 10 min away from Monclair! Watsessing and Brookdale Parks are so close you can enjoy your daily walks.

    My wife and I have lived here for almost 4 years now. We really like it here! It’s a convenient location being steps from the train station, a park for our dog, and a grocery store. The prices are getting kind of expensive for us, but we did just lock in our rate for the next two years. We’ll be sad to leave after that but that’s just the way the rental market is going.

    A good place to live in a great location, but they need to hire more maintenance people. As it is now, its very slow to get repairs done. Otherwise staff is great and its a very nice spot.

    Move-in was very convenient and easy. The Bloomfield office is accommodating and very helpful to have a nice stay. Apartment itself is also very nice although walls are a little thin.

    Great apartment. Less than a block away from the train station that takes you directly into NYC. Maintenance and staff are great. The building itself could use some upkeep. Would recommend others to consider this building when apt hunting.

    Very nice apartments and amenities. Staff is very friendly. Facilities are kept in excellent shape. Restaurants and shopping are nearby.

    I love the apartment and Josh has really been gracious and kind. The person who lived in the apartment before me didn’t clean very well. There was lots of dog hair literally everywhere (I am allergic), and till now I haven’t gotten rid of it still so that was a bummer.

    Its overall a pretty great place to live, thr location is nice and the amenities are great. Some neighbors are not respectful of the communities rules. It is kept clean and if you have any issues they fix it right away.
