Talk about nice personality and professional!! Julie who is the Property Manager is super friendly and nice. I stopped by to inquire about an apartment but she is full. That didn't stop her from giving me a grand tour of the property either, she was so nice an gracious she sold me on it. After calling around to other properties in the area, I was greeted with rudeness and unwillingness to help. Although this property is full, she encouraged me to get on the waiting list. Very nice apartments and community. The BEST in Atmore Alabama! I would go as far to say all of Escambia County. Affordable and convenient to the casino and I-65. The community manager is exceptional and does an outstanding job! she is a very nice, dedicated professional and most of all cares about the residents and their needs, she goes above and beyond and has a wonderful personality. The nicest apartments in town, probably in all of Escambia County. The property manager lives on-site, so she is very conscious of resident's needs. The clubhouse and pool area are nice additions for a rural town, and the apartments are generously sized.
