Since AI has taken over the phones it can be hard to get any questions or issues answered. I wish resources could be put to more staff to help with property and matinence instead of an AI bot.

Collen, the manager, is one of the best managers I have ever met. We looked for a place in Longmont for almost 2 months and decided to take Sky Rock. The place is quiet and safe! If you have an issue in the apartment, they come to fix it almost the same day.

I have loved living here! The apartments are beautiful themselves and the community is gorgeous also. I love living right next to the lake and the neighbors are very friendly! My only problem is there is one maintenance man so maintenance requests are answered pretty slowly.

Management will try and scam you, they will notify you regarding missed payments for you’re utilities-rent. Just so they can get more money for plans that don’t even benefit the tenants avoid this place at all costs. Bugs come in the apartment magically even if the windows and doors are closed. I had bats living in the roof on my back balcony that eventually lead to a bat entering through the wall that struggled for a couple hours then died, the maintenance never did a thing a to get it out which ...
lead to me and my son getting sick from the smell. Each unit has a real fireplace so if you wanna live on the top floor with a loft thinking it will be the life, think again during the winter the apartment will reek of uncleaned fireplaces from you’re downstairs neighbors. When you first move in the office will tell you lies like the back balcony’s are gonna be replaced, the chimney will be cleaned yada yada yada never will happen….. personally i have never been more grateful and happy to move out of sky rock apartments this place needs to be investigated

1. Mngmt warned they regularly spray for bugs, hasn't happened once yet and I get them in my apartment all the time. (don't leave doors or windows open)
2. EVERYTHING IS BROKEN "we're working on it" - Lights out around the property, structural problems with the buildings bordering on unsafe (Decks leaning, bricks falling off the chimneys), my window has been broken since I moved in with no ETA for a new one (bye bye AC and hello bugs), pool's busted which they warned me about but I'm adding it ...
at this point.
3. Mngmt never in the office, idk what they do all day, but based on the state of the property it doesn't look like much. Take a 2 hour lunch and are closed random days for no reason. They use a cheap call center for all of their phone traffic. Good luck getting anything fixed.
4. Homeless people in the parking lot, cars full of trash parked around (idk if they're supposed to be here), no courtesy patrol so tenants need to handle all this nonsense as mngmt obviously isn't checking.
5. 0 sound insulation, you will hear your upstairs neighbors, mngmt will not be helpful if they are noisier than what most people would consider acceptable.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where they actually put your exorbitant rent to good use. This place aint it, filing a complaint with the BBB.
