Green mosquito pool!
August 5, 2021have lived here for 4 years and it seems to get worse everytime the management changes. This year the pool has been a green mosquito bath and the entry gate fobs no longer work, which is always fun with the traffic on Blanco. My neighbor downstairs from me notified me her ceiling has a leak. I figured out how to turn off the water before there was any major damage. Renter Beware
May 9, 2021I have lived here 18 days. Today my air went out for the 3rd time in that time period. Yes, they "fixed" it the other two times but was it really fixed? Apparently not. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the comfort in my own home that I pay my extremely hard earned money for. I felt I had made a good choice as I selected this apartment out of many other options but sadly I no longer feel that is the case. I've had multiple maintenance issues since moving in but the air is by far the ...worst. The maintenance staff themselves are fantastic but clearly management doesn't care about fixing something correctly the first time. Speaking of management, I believe they are on their 3rd round since I started looking here a few months ago. Hopefully my air gets fixed soon as I'm stuck here but sadly feel confident it will just break again. Do yourself a favor and keep looking if you're in the market for a new place.Property Manager Responded

This property is way overpriced
December 29, 2020Terrible management, all super rude. Apartment was dirty when we moved in, cabinetry and countertops are crumbling. Water leaks galore. Gym has no equipment, just a couple treadmills and it’s super dirty. Pool is always closed because it’s always dirty. Roaches everywhere in our unit. Parking lot isn’t lit and there aren’t enough spots. Don’t move here!!!Property Manager Responded

so worth it!!
June 26, 2020I just moved in back in April of this year so i havent been here long, but so far its been great! its my 2nd apartment (first was a 2-story townhome so its very different switching to a 1b/1b) but i am currently pregnant & my baby will grow up in this complex! i love the friendly neighbors and because of the pandemic Kayleigh has been wonderful & so much help getting me in here all online! i never even spoke with anyone until i picked my keys up! they were very responsive and attentive and i ...absolutely love it here!Property Manager Responded

Not luxury not remodeled
November 5, 2019I moved in September 2019 and cannot Wait for my lease to expire to get out of here. The apartments are in really bad shape, the one room one bathroom units have damage kitchen and bathroom cabinets the kitchen is tiny and the green area around the complex is dirty and not well maintained. The owners of the complex clearly do not like to invest money. I asked for new closet doors since ours didn’t even open and they replaced them with (not kidding) DYI beat up with doors that still don’t roll ...correctly. I feel bad for the staff because they are nice and they really try but when the owners are garbage what can you really do? I would not pay more than $800 to move here its not worth it!!! Excellent management staff makes Westmount Cape Cod a great home
August 29, 2019Just want to express my appreciation for Kaliegh, the property manager, and her staff at Westmount Cape Cod apartments. I was planning to stay a year but decided to renew my lease. Kaliegh has an excellent staff who are friendly, professional, courteous, and empathize with my concerns. I feel like they know me. For me its the little things, like litter free parking lots, power washed sidewalks, and well maintained green spaces. These details improve our quality of life. Maintenance responds ...quickly, and they wave and smile at you. Where does that happen anymore? I usually bring my concerns to Destiny, in the office, who is very knowledgable. She assisted me with my washer and dryer rental from a new vender. The salt water pool is immaculate, and cleaned weekly. My neighbors are happy, helpful and friendly. Kaliegh and her staff throw parties from time to time so people get to know they're neighbors. It feels like a community. We're located on the Salado Creek Greenway, and across the street from Phil Hardberger park. To sum it up, there are a lot of choices for renters, but it comes down to location, and management. I think Kaliegh, and her staff, make Cape Cod a nice home and a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home!
September 23, 2015we moved in looking or a quick temporary home, 3 years later we are still happy in love with our cozy little apartment! nothing is perfect, there are a few little things that have occurred but Daniel in maintenance was quick to come and fix them. the staff in the office is nice, Ellyn the manager is a sweet heart, always eager to listen never rushes you thru anything. A nice place to stay
August 1, 2015I've lived here for 3 years and the only complaint I would really have is that the have been a handful of times I've had to park somewhere else besides in the front of my building. Other then that the people I have met are friendly and the staff is nice. Maintenance is usually very prompt about fixing request.Property Manager Responded
