The pictures and description are very misleading...
July 19, 2023I moved to Columbus sight unseen and was attracted to Skyview based on the price and amenities, and all of the pictures and reviews looked amazing! Well...upon moving in I quickly learned that Skyview is a low income housing complex with some really good PR photographers. My apartment constantly smelled like weed and cigarettes (I am not a smoker), the area surrounding the complex is a mostly abandoned industrial yard, I routinely witnessed my neighbors fighting, my neighbors abused their dog. ...OH, AND MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SHOT EACH OTHER. I HEARD IT AND THEN THERE WERE COP CARS SWARMING THE PROPERTY. But other than that, it's great!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I love it here
May 18, 2018I moved here in November and couldn't be more satisfied with any apartment. When and if anything ever needs fixed they get it fixed right away, for example my heat stopped working in December and they came that same day which was a Sunday and got it working for me and my then one and a half year old. December 6, 2017Safe so long as you stay in the complex. Papa johns and donatos are the only places that deliver on this side of parsons. Maintenance almost never shows. Rodent infestation on day 2 of moving in, never got that fixed with their help. And the new parking lots they put in turn into a great pond after a little rain!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here!
August 7, 2017I moved here in October 2016, by November 2016 I had a mouse infestation problem....one year later almost problem still has not been fixed! They are horrible, they DO NOT work with you. However it's makes sense, you get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

August 7, 2015Pros: cheap rent given the proximity to German village and downtown, water and cable package included in rent, hardwood floors, relatively quiet neighborhood located between a police precinct building and the CPD evidence building so help is never far away, adjacent to the newly renovated Lincoln Park pool complex, extremely helpful staff Cons: limited parking means depending on the time of day you get home you may have to park on the other side of the complex, limited patio space which is ...shared with neighboring unitProperty Manager Responded
