WARNING! Major Building Declines

Since this new management company took over, the building has gone downhill. The laundry room was down for weeks, one elevator is always broken and the freight elevator isn’t used, the call box constantly fails leaving us stuck outside, and the grounds aren’t taken care of. They even raised utilities saying it was a past “error,” which doesn’t line up with my experience since 2019.
The only nice part is the third-floor garden, and even that’s overgrown now. I would not recommend living here ...
unless major changes are made.

It’s been 2 days and good so far. Few folks at the leasing are friendly while some aren’t. Love the view of my apartment and very happy with the unit itself. The ceiling outside my unit is broken and I hope they fix it before it falls on someone

I've had great experiences living here. The apartments are reasonably priced given the area and the staff are highly responsive and always helpful. The folks in the leasing office, especially Angelique and Andrea, have welcoming and professional attitudes and are always happy to solve your issues. I've also had a few small maintenance requests that are solved very quickly and superbly. They always read the requests and come prepared with the necessary tools to do the work.

As always wonderful experience. Finally the wait is over Excited for new laundry room new machines. Location is good and safe a just crossing two blocks away from amazon offices as well as spheres. Space needle view is just perfect for evening tea time.

The location is absolutely good. Close most visited sight seeing spots and also near my school. About 15 minutes' walk or 5 min's drive. Neighbors are friendly and pets are quiet and friendly too. Parking is convenient. Besides, the leasing team and maintenance team are all superb!
