DO NOT MOVE THERE
April 2, 2026Honestly I would never recommend this place to anyone. I have been staying here since December and can not wait to leave. Lots of things wrong with this place. I'm going to start off with the 60 day leave notice policy that they have. Me and my wife emailed front desk before the 60 day notice to let the complex know that we were leaving yet they "claimed" that they saw it a couple weeks after and charging us $1,740 because it was "after 60 days"! God knows what else they are going to come up ...with to scrape as much money as they can off us. Secondly, when we first moved into our apartment a lot of things were NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Toilet was broken, ceiling was leaking and damaged, closet door is broken, room door would not shut properly, bathroom sink was damaged, and much more! EVEN WORSE, it took many weeks for them to even FIX the place correctly. I wouldn't be surprised if they take our security deposit next. Third and last, the staff is also rude to me and my wife. Besides them not responding to us in a timely manner, they give us attitudes in person and over the phone. Honest opinion... go spend the extra 100 dollars a month and go somewhere nicer and better. Dealing with this place has been nothing short than a NIGHTMARE!Property Manager Responded

Avoid!
February 25, 2023We moved in last year in December, and overall had a terrible experience living here. A few months into living here the management company switched starting a monthly chain of never ending construction projects. They redid the roofing for a good few weeks, repainted all the buildings and redid the parking lot. Each project causing more issues than the last. Specifically when repainting we came home from a weekend trip to see they had placed a large plank of wood on our glass sliding door barring ...us from using our balcony for days, and the entire railing was removed essentially leaving a slab of concrete. This was only done on our balcony and was not communicated prior to this happening. The main laundry room was out of order for a 2-3 month span causing us to drag our laundry across the entire property. The water in the building was shut off multiple times a month with no warning, which I can only assume was due to faulty washer and dryers in other units. In September, we had an issue where our trash was not taken for an entire week despite the hefty valet trash fee we paid monthly. It was not until I complained multiple days in a row that it was taken care of. The parking lot construction was a mess, it reduced spots by 50%. Residents were illegally parked making the lot impossible to navigate. At one point they even towed one of our vehicles and were of little assistance in providing information of where to get the car back or why it was towed. We asked for compensation multiple times and were never gotten back to. They also stopped bringing a new air filter to the unit every month with no communication and wanted us to pick it up ourselves but did not notify us of the change. The pool was not up kept in anyway and was dingy and practically unusable. The apartment itself was outdated and dirty. The bathroom shower had mold,mildew and stains I could not remove even with excessive cleaning and bleaching. Overall, I would avoid this place at all costs. There were countless issues we faced that made living there inconvenient and stressful. I felt like I had to constantly go into the office with complaints that was met with no solutions. The two office employees were nice enough but were never helpful in providing information or solutions to any of these issues. I understand how many of these issues were beyond their control but it was hard to be empathetic after the third or fourth issue.Property Manager Responded

These People are Liars
November 2, 2021Several maintenance requests have been made, including installing a new washer and dryer that has been sitting in my living room for over 3 weeks. I was told that I was going to be compensated because of this issue and I was not. This is not the leasing agent's fault, this is the owner's fault; they are under-staffed and only care about collecting your rent on the 1st.Property Manager Responded

WORST PLACE I EVER LIVED
July 13, 2021COCKROACHES!!! This place doesn’t care about you or anything wrong with your room. Weve had cockroaches for 3 months, mention it to them on a weekly basis and they fail to do anything. Only thing more gross than the roaches is the way the older maintenance guy & jess treats certain people within the complex. September 26, 2018Where do I even start? Cockroaches, washer and dryer breaking and flooding your apartment, non-functioning dishwasher for the first 5 months of living there even after they came and “fixed it” multiple times, broken countertops, horrendous “renovated” paint jobs, broken front door, the list could go on.
