Property managers NO NOT care about you or your safety!
June 3, 2023I am not one to write a bad review, but I’m taking time out of my day to hopefully help someone. There is legitimate crime that happens constantly in the surrounding areas because of the homelessness and drug addicts hanging around the light rail. The property managers refuse to tell tenants about crimes that go on in the apartment complex because there is no “video footage” to prove that certain crimes did in fact happen and they know they would have to lower the prices if everyone found out ...what truly goes on at night sometimes. They also refuse to install more surveillance cameras for the safety and security of everyone in the building. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK and if you do live here, I highly recommend getting your own cameras.Property Manager Responded

Skye at McClintock is actually right next to the police Station it shares the East wall of Skye.

Don’t move here
March 3, 2022They are lucky I can’t post photos on here. You pay $20 a month for a package Concierge but the packages don’t get put in the locked boxes like they are supposed too.. so your package will get stolen and I have several videos with proof. I have complained several times to the office about this and they have done nothing. The rent is extremely overpriced and they do this because they know college kids want to live close to ASU. November 17, 2021Overpriced for a place that has roaches. The hallways smell weird. Parking is extremely hard to find at night. If you decide to live here don’t live on the first floor it’s bugs everywhere. It’s probably because it’s right next to the metro. Just wasn’t what I was expecting at all. The pools are nice but also seen roaches at the pool during night. The only thing nice about the place is the apartment design and spacious bedrooms, Walk in closets and bath tub/shower combo, but you can find that ...literally anywhere in Tempe/ScottsdaleProperty Manager Responded

October 22, 2021If you get home after 5pm, good luck finding a parking spot. If you can’t, they will tow you for curb parking. Management does not care and suggests it’s residents park in the neighboring apartment building’s garage where they will also likely be towed. There’s also constant dog excrement in the hallways and stinking trash piled up in the stairwells because the residents can’t be bothered to clean up after their pets or walk their trash to the dumpster.Property Manager Responded

Overpriced for what you actually get.
September 22, 2021Still currently living here. No parking whatsoever unless you pay monthly for a spot. Towed my vehicle no warning or notice after it was sitting on the street area for 2 hours, when people have been parking there overnight for weeks. Nobody picks up after there pets; dog poop all over the property AND in the hallways INSIDE the building. Pool is brown and not been clean in weeks. Maintenance is completely useless, will come into apartment and tell you nothing is wrong and leave.Review from Apartments.com
Find a different complex
September 4, 2017The staff is super friendly to your face but really do not do anything to get things done. They make 0 effort to reach back out to you. Dont buy into their move in, incentives either. I have been moved in for 2 weeks now, and haven't received mine. They said you are supposed to get it upon move in. They are struggling to even sell units in the building thats been open for a month and supposedly the building next to it will open next month. Take your money and go to somewhere that is completed for ...the same dollar. I live on the second floor and there is always trash left in the hallways so the whole floor smells like old food.
