June 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.com-We lived here from February 2025 to February 2026. The apartment itself offered good space for the price, which was one of the main reasons we chose to live here. -Unfortunately, our biggest concern throughout the entire lease was the humidity and mold. From the beginning, we noticed paint cracking in several corners of the apartment. In addition, whenever we traveled for a week or two, we would return to find mold in the sinks, bathtub, and toilet. We eventually purchased an air purifier to ...help manage the issue. This was by far the most disappointing aspect of our experience. -Parking also became increasingly difficult during the last few months of our lease. We owned a van and, despite paying for parking like every other resident, we were often forced to park farther away due to complaints from neighbors. Finding parking after 6 PM was frequently a challenge. -Management was hit or miss. Steve was always professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately, our interactions with other staff members were not always as positive, and customer service could be improved. -The pool was a nice amenity, but there were times when it did not appear to be as clean or well-maintained as expected. -Overall, this community has potential, and the apartment size and pricing were definite positives. However, the ongoing humidity and mold concerns, parking issues, and inconsistent management experience are things prospective residents should consider before signing a lease.Read More
Decent apartments, lots of noise though
July 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comOverall a nice apartment space with nice lighting. But there are some rather fundamental issues to consider before moving here. Lived here over 2 years and there is definitely something fundamentally wrong with our fire alarms. I work from home and we had fire alarms going off nearly all day on and off for 2 weeks (and this is not the first time it's happened). Constant testing of the very loud ones with no warning, leaving me no time to adjust my meeting schedule (emails notifying an hr ...before testing really doesn't do the trick) of find a safe place to take my dog is somewhat infuriating. I am also, unfortunately, right next to the T C Roberson baseball fields which have people batting with reckless abandon at all hours (and I do mean all hours), which I know is not the property's issue, but it is hard to handle even with earplugs or headphones on. There is also a very long wait to get anything– not immediately an issue–fixed, and while some things you can get away with fixing yourself, others you can't. Parking is definitely hard. The spots are incredibly small so you had better hope no one parks next to you if you have something large you want to get out of the side door. I've definitely injured my shoulder a few times because you can't open the door far enough for it to not immediately start swinging closed again.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Now I can’t wait until my lease is up. The office has had too many staff members come through and the latest members have been the worst. They are rude and money hungry. I never had an issue with the office staff prior to who is in charge now. Everything has changed since they stepped in. Save your money and find another complex to call home.

Check out the parking spots, you will see where they have restriped the parking lot to try to add spaces. Check out just how close the cars are parked together, and just how tight they can be. The only thing ...they added are more dings in the side of your door. Don't think you will get any real answers from management. There is no transparency with things happening in the community. I also was not told that I would have a maximum of 120 hours to use per month. If you have a significant other or close friends, good luck seeing them often. They also decided to paint all the curbs red to deter people from parking near them, which is a huge eyesore. There is no recycling for some reason, which is atrocious. I was also quoted a much lower rent ...than what I am paying. When I went to sign my lease, the leasing agent said my price was higher because I was on the BOTTOM floor and my building was closest to the mailbox. How does that equate to higher rent? Also, if you’re on the bottom floor, enjoy having headlights shined into your living room all evening and never being able to use your patio.Read More
