  • Management is horrible

    This not the place if you want peace of mind. Few points I'll touch on... watch your billing accounts cause they'll add charges without notice, Roach infestation and bed bugs, I had to hire an exterminator and get rid of all my furniture even though you pay for that service through your rent. Mind you apartment was not cleaned properly before move in so I did it myself. Ceiling leaked and I stayed on the bottom floor management made it seem like it was my fault my tvs were damaged but I was not ...

  • Terrible maintenance!!!

    Negative stars if could. Moved in Dec 2024. Maintenance is terrible. Multiple attempts to put in work orders and not once has anything been fixed except our oven light being replaced. Very unprofessional. Few things outdated for them to not be fixing on anything. Tried to break our lease this June, 60 day notice, and was told to pay the lease fees immediately or we would be receiving an eviction notice if we didn’t have the money the day of sending in the notice. We decided to just complete the ...
