Maintenance is amazing! The communication with the office staff has been great. Management does so much for the residents. Free wrapping for Christmas, free hot coco once a week. The list goes on and on.

I love living here and my neighbors are very nice. They don't make too much noise but some of them do smoke, unfortunately. Normally I don't hear my neighbors and everyone says hi when you see them

Customer service is pretty good it’s just the maintaining of the actual property and / or apartment that I’m not happy about I’m currently dealing with water leaking from the wall and ceiling into my apartment and my carpet smells and I know mold will be next and/ or mildew it’s just things I feel could have been better taken care of before I moved in to make my experience better. I don’t wanna renew my lease I’ll find somewhere else to move to in April when my lease is up

It's good to see that management is finally getting things done around the apartments like painting lines on the parking lot and installing fire advert on the stoves. They still need to make better improvements inside the apartments with maintenance fixing things properly. The hot water takes way to long to get hot and I have brought this up several times to the rental office and maintenance and nothing is being done to correct it. It's been an issue since we moved in here six months ago. It ...
shouldn't be taking 4 minutes for the water to get hot in the kitchen and the bathroom. The warm water cycle for the washer doesn’t even get warm or hot at all. Sounds like a boiler system problem. They fix everything outside, just not enough inside.

Music levels in cars day and night have been really bad and also in the building well after 10:00 pm. Have called the police 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Otherwise the complex keeps up with maintaining the property.

I have really enjoyed my time here at Skylark Pointe. I have been here since 2016, and have had very few problems. Of the problems I did have, they were resolved pretty quickly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and thank God, most of the neighbors are considerate and clean.

I really love the location and the apartment set up is really great. I moved in during the height of COVID so there were limits on some things but since then management has addressed most of the concerns I had originally. My floors were not replaced but I have also not asked again because I now have furniture in the sun room off the kitchen and it would be hard for them to replace that. Maintenance normally responds in a timely manner & repairs anything I submit a request about. I would like to ...
see the playgrounds redone but the other amenities are good. We only had one open pool this year and that was tough. I'm hoping next summer the other will also be available. We do pay a monthly amenity fee so I'm hoping they'll upgrade the playgrounds & open the other pool. The complex does take care of the grounds and I'm very happy with that. They did landscaping & put in plants and rose bushes. They also restriped the parking lot. This is a nice community to live in and I would recommend it.
