Headache , huge regret!!!

Been here since 2012 seen ownership switch over about 3 or 4 times, nothing gets fixed neighbors are out of control, (not all but)….. really fast to send bill to your door but that is the only thing they are quick about, if you have a issue or a dispute they will pass you around, say they will get back to you , say that they will pass it on to someone else ect. This place is drug infested. Management is horrible. There is only 1 maintenance staff on the property for over 200 apartments. You will regret it. Moved her 8 months ago and nothing but problems. The staff will tell you that you can move out.

Bad management! They don't fix anything. I've been asking for months for them to fix the leaks, possible mold, missing window screen, janky screen for the slide door on the balcony, clogged tub and sinks. Don't move here, you will be disappointed!

Management is excellent this place has never looked so beautiful. The maintenance crew is remarkable how immaculate they keep the grounds dumpster areas are kept clean and clear. I have been living here since 2006. It's a wonderful community so close to everything you need Walmart,walgreens supermarket churches very pretty grounds.

been a tenant for more than 20 years they don't fix nothing there's mold in all the vents the management and maintenance is someone right out of high school with no knowledge of anything. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LIVE HERE WITH CHILDREN!!!!

Since then we have a new team in place and we have been working very diligently to handle all the issues that we realize we inherited. I also want to invite you to come and meet our new Property Manager she has open meetings with all the residents on Thursdays from 10-2 pm and she will handle your request as well.
