And it’s not just access to the city. To the west, Braintree borders the 6,000-acre Blue Hills Reservation, which features hiking and mountain biking in the summer and downhill skiing in the winter. To the east is what Bay Staters call the South Shore, including picturesque beach towns like Hingham and Cohasset. The entrance to Cape Cod is only a little bit further about 45 minutes away. Headache , huge regret!!!
December 9, 2022Been here since 2012 seen ownership switch over about 3 or 4 times, nothing gets fixed neighbors are out of control, (not all but)….. really fast to send bill to your door but that is the only thing they are quick about, if you have a issue or a dispute they will pass you around, say they will get back to you , say that they will pass it on to someone else ect. Grew up in Braintree and all locals know that when you even mention word (skyline) you will get a head shake of some sort because this ...place has a huge stigma, very eager to move out!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

DON'T DO IT

November 4, 2019Management is excellent this place has never looked so beautiful. The maintenance crew is remarkable how immaculate they keep the grounds dumpster areas are kept clean and clear. POOR PLACE TO LIVE!!!
July 8, 2019been a tenant for more than 20 years they don't fix nothing there's mold in all the vents the management and maintenance is someone right out of high school with no knowledge of anything. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LIVE HERE WITH CHILDREN!!!!Property Manager Responded
February 6, 2020I am so sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. We (CT Management) purchased the property in January of 2019 and know that this property had major issues. Since then we have a new team in place and we have been working very diligently to handle all the issues that we realize we inherited. Please call our office and ask to speak to Maria or Ludy and we would be happy to address any maintenance issues that have not been addressed in the past. I also want to invite you to come and meet our new Property Manager she has open meetings with all the residents on Thursdays from 10-2 pm and she will handle your request as well.
