Not Great Anymore
November 8, 2024This used to be a nice place to live, but not anymore. Snippy staff members that will take anyone else’s word about a complaint except the word of someone who has been the subject of a single complaint are capable of making your life a challenge. There is no warning structure in these cases - even a single complaint is enough to get you a lease non-renewal in the form of a 30-day notice to vacate. Don’t Be Fooled
August 16, 2024This place seemed wonderful at the beginning, but it turned into a nightmare, actually. The garages flood with every significant rainfall, rent goes up 3%-4% a year, repairs are more often than not treated as the tenant’s fault, and security deposits, we found out, are seldom returned in full.Review from Apartments.com
Fantastic Value for the Money
April 29, 2023I've been at Skyline Estates for a year and a half now. I really enjoy living here and my particular unit has the two car garage which is a great value which you will not get with all the new "luxury" apartments coming up. Management and maintenance has always been responsive and cooperative with me. one thing is there are cracks and holes in the drywall in some spots and by the windows. One of the best
June 9, 2019We've lived here for almost 3 years now and this is easily the best apartment we've had in the Green Bay area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can almost never hear your neighbors. Pets allowed, a garage with the apartment. Whenever we've had any problems at all Dale the maintenance man has been here within a day to fix them. One complaint I have is minimal storage but that's easy to navigate around. The other complaint is there's always a ton of spiders on the porch in the summer months, ...which makes sitting outside a pain. Otherwise an amazing place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Experience
August 2, 2016I was a tenant of Skyline for 6 months 12/15-6/16. I had a great experience. The apartment itself was very new and up to date with appliances/ appearance. Any maintenance issues I had were dealt with promptly. I was on the first floor and really could not hear any neighbors (upstairs or on the side). I was also right next to the stairwell and mailboxes, neither of which ever were a bother. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2013I sent a request from Skyline and never got a response. If there are no openings they should notify the person inquiring. I figure that they must be as unresponsive to their renters and, therefore, it is not a place I want to live.Review from Apartments.com
