Yeah it’s a cute little apartment complex. But
The apt fridge sounds like a jet taking off and maintenance doesn’t fix anything. Our washer/dryer bangs every time you use it & they won’t fix it. The general age group is older people (40’s-50+) and you can’t even play music without getting several complaints ( even when the music is truly not loud at all). So yeah it’s a cute little gated community but it’s bull crap with what you have to deal with.
