June 21, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comGoing on the 4th day of no AC in 100+ degree Chico temps. I'm pretty sure "not getting heat stroke" should be under the luxury category. Apparently they can only go through one Oroville HVAC company, and all the techs have quit.

Raechelle the manager is so friendly and helpful, we feel so at home here. And the best part? Location! We can now walk to bellachinos (Chico's best cafe), Boswell park and California Park lake. We walk around the lake every evening and feel so lucky to be here. Best choice we have ever made.Property Manager Responded

First off this is a quiet and beautiful area of town close enough to the park and downtown for the occasional night out. May 29, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comQuiet neighborhood, respectful neighbors, walking distance to local grocery store, very close to Bidwell Park, also Dog and Cat friendly, side note, I happen to be moving and needed help carrying a tempurpedic king size bed to an upstairs apartment, the owner of the complex happen to be driving by ( i didn't know who he was ) I ask him for help and he said yes! Everything is brand new and works perfectly, the walls are basically sound proof, it’s stylish, there’s unlimited things to do due to the community, my dog loves this place just as much as I do.
