4 days without AC
June 21, 2021Going on the 4th day of no AC in 100+ degree Chico temps. I'm pretty sure "not getting heat stroke" should be under the luxury category. Apparently they can only go through one Oroville HVAC company, and all the techs have quit.Review from Apartments.com
LOVE LOVE LOVE
June 24, 2020We LOVE skyline! These apartments are gorgeous, spacious and quiet with amazing extras like dimming lights and extra large balconies. Raechelle the manager is so friendly and helpful, we feel so at home here. And the best part? Location! We can now walk to bellachinos (Chico's best cafe), Boswell park and California Park lake. We walk around the lake every evening and feel so lucky to be here. Best choice we have ever made.Property Manager Responded

Top of the Line
June 1, 2020I love living in the Skyline Apartments for a number of reason. First off this is a quiet and beautiful area of town close enough to the park and downtown for the occasional night out. Also the backyards are huge for our pups and the property management is quick to assist and extremely helpful!Property Manager Responded

Fantastic! place to be
May 29, 2020Quiet neighborhood, respectful neighbors, walking distance to local grocery store, very close to Bidwell Park, also Dog and Cat friendly, side note, I happen to be moving and needed help carrying a tempurpedic king size bed to an upstairs apartment, the owner of the complex happen to be driving by ( i didn't know who he was ) I ask him for help and he said yes! Without a hesitation, very happy to live here,Property Manager Responded

Love this place!
May 29, 2020I moved in a couple of weeks ago and I’m absolutely in love with this place! Everything is brand new and works perfectly, the walls are basically sound proof, it’s stylish, there’s unlimited things to do due to the community, my dog loves this place just as much as I do.
