Bad leaks
January 12, 2022I’ve been here for 8 months .. The price for the apartment is great! These apartments have leaks and all of them smell like mold. I’ve had so many leaks and mold issues with my apartment, I have kids and my youngest stay sick since we’ve been here ! MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK ! I wish someone would have made a review for me before I moved in. They can’t keep a Maintance man at all cause it’s so much these apartments need down . They never tell you they will be working on your place , I come home ...and it’s a big hole in my laundry room ceiling that is still there by the way & they also do not clean up after themselves!!! Mold growing on my purses, clothes! I was upset about that… You hardly get someone on the phone unless you physically go up there . This is by far the the worst place I have ever stayed in ! I’ve tried reaching out to someone over the leasing office . They don’t answer the phone either . I’ve left multiple messages for the person over skyline still no call back . The carpet smells like mold . My clothes smell like mold it’s ridiculous. I pack my clothes to go on vacation I smell my apartment straight mold . It doesn’t matter how much bleach you use in this place it still smells horrible! Oh yea 2 of my neighbors moved out back to back because of this issue. Then when I told them about the smell , the maintenance guy told me the apartment has been empty for 6 months so it has a smell and to turn the fan and ac on, on the thermostat . That was a lie, that didn’t do anything but run my bill up . They need to Break these walls down and rebuild them cause the smell is in the walls & carpet . They claim they’re treating the Mold/Mildew after a leak but it isn’t because it has spread throughout the walls . Staff is nice tho !Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Moisture problems
August 31, 2020Apartment was great on 2nd floor Then I wanted a 2 bedroom for the first year I couldn't understand why it was so dusty around back door or why there was so many inspections.the 2nd year I moved my new furniture around it felt wet under my bed white or grayish stuff everywhere then I noticed my clothes it was mold had to constantly clean with water and bleach until this new Mgr he put in a humidifier. Then water leaks started in the kitchen the front hall then the laundry room water would leak on ...my clothes everywhere this went on for over a year Covid-19 locked in the house laying in my bed I could smell the mold I said this is it I'm moving..3 or 4 time kitchen leaks laundry room 3 times hall closet 3 times inferior maintenance they do not get back to you moving out half the lights didn't work.
