Please Do Not Rent Here!
May 2, 2024Upon move in, there was no way they did an initial cleaning before the next resident (me). The fridge was infested with tiny bugs, which took them about a week to replace. There is mold in the bathroom that is hard to get rid of. The AC does not work and it takes them forever to fix anything, even if you put it at a high priority. This is Atlanta. We need AC! If you have a unit facing the pool, good luck trying to get some peace and quiet, especially if you work from home. Security is garbage
March 11, 2021Cars are broken into every single night. Amenities are shut down, despite every other complex in the area having theirs open normal operating hours. The supposed "year round" pool has been closed for months and was only open during business hours while it was open so no holidays, no Sundays. Concerns with safety are met with nothing more than a "we're aware". I could go on forever. Nice office staff, great view but be prepared to pay hundreds on top of your rent to fix your car windows repeatedly ...and not be able to break your lease despite all of that.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Location
April 15, 2019I leased here for the location. You're really close to a few awesome shopping plaza's and it's a quick uber to any Falcons and Hawks games. It's also right next to I75 and I85, so it has made my commute to work super easy.Review from Apartments.com
Management is unresponsive and disrespectful
February 11, 2019Emails to management never receive responses. The only way to get anything done is to repeatedly show up in person. It's a waste of time dealing with any issues regarding leases or promotional offers upon signing a lease. Terrible
January 18, 2019The apartment complex is nice until you move in. The maintenace people don't seem to understand not entering when you don't want them. Management does a crappy job of getting back to you if ever. Then the lease "when to enter" clause is extremely invasive.
