It gives you the best of both worlds of leasing a house and the convenience of apartment living with no hassle of home maintenance (i.e. lawn care, pest control, appliances and home system repairs). We just sold our house and it has been the perfect place to land while we plan what we we want to do as far as buying a new home.Property Manager Responded
