Amenities are not as advertised yet
May 3, 2023Nice place to live. However the amenities advertised include pool and clubhouse. As of May 2023 they do not have those amenities but the rent has doubled in anticipation of them. The refurbishing of the apartments has taken place and they are very nice.Review from Apartments.com
WAS an amazing place to live
February 2, 2023The apartments are nice and was well maintained UNTIL "venture communities" took over. In 1 year my rent went up 100%. Not only that, they're constantly coming in for inspections. Old owners, 0 times in 10 years, venture communities- 4 times and counting in a year. Like i said, nice apartments but AVOID any listings by "Venture Communities"Review from Apartments.com
