August 29, 2025As a current resident, I highly recommend this complex, the manager Michelle is very helpful and pleasant to interact with, over the years she has made many improvements to this complex. June 26, 2020The Landlady is a wonderful manager and has worked with me and helped me when it comes to rent and maintenance issues. Have had problems with maintenance only due to short staffing. November 6, 2015Moved in when we were desperate, and lived there for a year. Management is horrible, and maintenence is equally terrible! Had a maintenence emergency with our toilet (it exploded quite literally) and was tpld there was nothing she could do until morning, and we didnt get someone there until 3pm the next day after having to call and get angry! The place is roach infested and she will straight up lie to you about what they are. She lied to us multiple times about our apartment getting sprayed for ...bugs and no one ever came! All in all this is just a terrible place to live. It is close to how bad parliament square is. Not worth living there even for a year. Please dont torture yourself by living there just because the rent seems low!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
STAY AWAY!!
November 3, 2015I lived here since August of 2013. A new landlord came along by the name of Michelle around a year later. This place is old and wore down. Only one maintenance man for 3 locations she runs. They won't fix a thing here. Roach infested. Michelle will move you into a apartment as soon as someone leaves. She don't care if its fully finished yet from the last occupant. My rent is 535$. To be honest its not even worth that much. She is over charging for the rent.
