We love Amanda she has been great to us , and so friendly she really helps make this place feel like home!! And maintenance has been so helpful they’re very quick to resolve any issues we’ve had in the 2 years we’ve been here! The area is absolutely beautiful we have two boys and there are so many parks just walking distance from the apartments! April 29, 2025Lived here for two years and I'm just not happy how things are. First let's start with seeing dog poop every now and then on the grass. Oh and the lawn people are pretty trashy people when it comes to mowing the lawn once a week. Oh and not thrilled that you gotta listen to race cars go insane at the race way park in the middle of the night. Oh and another thing is how gross some times the garage is when it's full. Also not to happy that there's a prison across the street. Parking is just insane ...as well when you live here. Oh and people that live here don't like to comply with the noise ordnance. January 25, 2025No parking, trash is always full and can't put any inside of it, can't have a BBQ always dog poop In the grass. Just not a good place to liveProperty Manager Responded

December 10, 2024Great community to live in would be nicer if we had more parking. The neighbors are great and really helpful. Would love to see a larger grill area in the future.Property Manager Responded
