Serious maintenance issues repeatedly left unresolved

I have been trying to resolve a serious maintenance and pest issue since August 22. I contacted multiple staff members, called the emergency maintenance line, sent several emails, and submitted multiple maintenance requests.
As of August 28, I am still dealing with an active pest issue and a completely nonfunctional refrigerator. The refrigerator does not cool at all and its interior light does not work.
Most concerningly, the refrigerator maintenance request was marked “Completed” even though ...
the refrigerator is still completely nonfunctional and has not been repaired or replaced.
I have repeatedly tried to resolve these issues directly with management and am still waiting for professional pest control and a functioning refrigerator.
I will update this review if management resolves the issues.
