I love it here! Staff was always so nice and helpful. Shout out to James for being king of the community. Trash is the biggest issue but they’ve redone the trash rooms that made it better

Maintenance is quick to fix problems, nice, and easy to work with. Something needs to be done about the trash system. Overall pretty good. Office staff is very kind and helpful

I could hear my neighbors and roommates every move. The apartments were filthy and had many issues that could’ve been avoided with an actual inspection, yet I had to do it myself. The shower barely has any pressure. My view was of a plain courtyard & other apartments… I regretted my decision the same day I moved in.
