The worst apartment property
June 4, 2020DO NOT CHOOSE SKYWAY VILLAS FOR YOUR NEXT MOVE Living at this property has been my worst nightmare. Over the years change of management is very present as current management are helpless and inattentive. They are there to earn a pay check and not help residents. I’ve had the same AC issue for years and go without AC for at least 4 months a year. I asked to get in contact with supervisor and been contacting corporate but it’s just a reflection of why management is horrible. I haven’t heard back ...they will do nothing to help you out in this type of situation, yet I’m still paying rent monthly even if I go 4 months without AC. It seems like this is a constant issue at this property with me and more residents. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, I do not recommend this property at all, there are plenty around the area. Property has change over the years and management is definitely the reason why this property has fallen. Not to mention the unprofessionalism, I made and appointment to meet with property manager at a certain time and she never showed up. The lack of communication with staff is horrible no knows what’s going on, and also they blame each other for each other’s actions. The worst property management I’ve had experience and also the worst corporate, they will not reach out to you, will not care to help and accommodate you in anyway possible and most likely just earning a pay check. Better Development
April 24, 2018This place is a place that I would only recommend to people I want to suffer. Its a state supported property (meaning the state pays have the cost to live here); but the management stills finds ways to make money here. one was never dealing the wildlife living in the building's walls. Not really dealing with the roach infections in multiple buildings. July 14, 2017When it comes to apartment rating, am not new. Skyway villas is a nice place for me and my kids. I wasn't expecting much but they blew my mind. Trust me, i was almost discouraged reading the review's and almost didn't want to continue the leasing process but I gave it a chance and proud of myself. People say all sorts of things but how come no body is leaving?
