November 28, 2024A beautiful and peaceful community with a friendly atmosphere. The pool is gorgeous, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. There are plenty of fun events to help you connect with neighbors, and the gym is fully equipped for all your fitness needs. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
Luxury Residence's Reality: A Mismatch of Grand Claims and Overlooked Details
October 21, 2023Although marketed as a 'luxurious and sustainable' residence offering resort-level service, the reality falls short of these grandiose claims. The untidy bedding casually strewn across the balcony not only contradicts the promised opulence but also calls into question the establishment's commitment to cleanliness and meticulousness. Such oversights significantly diminish the allure of an otherwise breathtaking view. Furthermore, the establishment's motto of being 'small yet detailed' seems to ...have been forgotten somewhere along the way. Despite multiple reports to a front desk that also serves as concierge, package handling, and security, there appears to be a concerning understaffing issue. With 250 apartments at a 90% occupancy rate, it's puzzling that budget constraints are cited as a reason for not hiring additional personnel.Property Manager Responded
