July 10, 2023From the minute I first contacted the office and spoke to either Melina or Wanda I have had nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service. Wanda the manager is very personable and does everything she can to work with all tenants. Melina, as well is very personable and helps with each person that come into the office. Worst Apartment I've Ever Lived In...
September 4, 2016Worst apartment I've ever lived in... maintenance is lazy as can be, I've gone days without water, weeks with a multitude of other issues after having reported them multiple times, and it is almost impossible to get ahold of ANYONE, ever. The hours that they post as office hours are bogus - there's never anyone in there, the laundry facilities are trash, the "newly remodeled" apartments are put together with tacks and glue and are a joke (I can't tell you how many times I've punctured the bottoms ...of my feet with the awful cheap carpet nails they used), the appliances are bottom-of-the-barrel throw-aways, and the community in general is sketch. PLUS, the security gates that were promised at move-in have literally never been closed once in months. Trash. This place is trash. Don't do it. Just don't move in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
