The worst !
July 9, 2025Lived here 20 years and it’s intolerable as of this year ! Currently have 9 maintenance repair requests for 3 months and nothing repair! Black mold in bathroom carpet is torn and worn out there is no after hour maintenance emergency line anymore Had 2 house fires in last year for outdated water heater and electrical sockets Fire detector was broke for several years and had to complain for months for a new one Now being told they have no copy of my house key despite me giving them ...several copiesRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
THE WORST!!!!!!
July 20, 2023Do NOT move into this community. Management is horrible and unresponsive. If you don't have housing vouchers the apartment is not worth your money! Appliances are not updated in the units like they advertise. My carpet came dirty and moldy when I moved in and multiple requests for replacement was ignored. Recent pest problem (mice). The neighborhood is not children friendly with the violence and loitering and weed smoking. My daughter can't even play outside. But the real kicker is, I am ...currently in the process of suing the management company for overcharging rent caused by them never renewing my lease despite signing over 5 renewals since November 2022. October 5, 2017I became a resident Sept 1st, 2017 and it has been very peaceful. I feel safe and have met some really nice neighbors. Being in walking distance of stores have been very convenient.
