The community is kept well clean and quiet, but management doesn’t show sympathy with it comes to vehicles being broken into and someone trying to get into your apartment multiple times. Even with cameras in our apartment, I felt like I wasn’t able to keep my family safe and had to pay the massive early termination lease fee in order to move out.Property Manager Responded

The grounds are kept up so well. If you need anything, or find an issue, Adriana in the office is amazing, and Freddie the maintenance guy is top notch, and on it! I always want my home to feel safe and peaceful, and I’m thankful to have found that here at Smyth. We need t-shirts that say “Smyth Proud” or something like that to show our community is the best!
False Advertising

Why they changed owners and the owner updated the description for the complex but did not remove that it is electronically gated? They have no intention of fixing it but also have no intention of stopping their false advertising that this community is gated. I rented here because I wanted a gated community. I pay for a gated community and I have never had a gated community, they lied and said they were fixing the gate and they ...have no intention of fixing the gate. That is called bait and switch and they need to change their advertising to eliminate the language about the gated community that they have no intention of ever providing. Also make sure you know everything that is due at move in, even if it isn’t on the move in documents. The front desk staff is hard to get ahold of but quick to hand out eviction notices, they aren’t doing anyone any favors out of good faith.
