    Apt. is nice and assigned parking and trash pick up a big plus. Extremely safe environment and only residents have direct access to get in. Staff are Great! Manager, sees that place is kept nice and is always available for any help you need or questions. Professional and shows she cares. Service manager, is friendly and most helpful. He keeps the building in great condition and is ready to help you with a problem in a moments notice. All residents are really nice and share many activities. Nice ...

  • POOR MANAGEMENT

    It's a nice fairly new building but a shame it is not being well maintained. If you report a problem to management they never get back to you with a response unless you keep hounding them. I lived there less than a year and moved out as soon as I could. I feel sorry for the residents who have to stay there. Because of poor management I don't think it's a safe place to live.

    I have lived in this Independent Senior Living Apartment Building for about a year. Despite moving in during COVID, I consider the choice I made an excellent decision with so many unknowns to face. The Residents are very friendly. There are many day and evening social activities completely organized by residents. The Building Management team deserves a gold medal for their excellent support of all residents during the world crisis. They genuinely care about each and every resident. The building ...
    is only a year old, and the rooms are very modern and spacious. The view from the patio is spectacular. This complex is very close to the South Carroll Senior Center and other fun senior hangouts. My apartment is lovely and just a perfect fit. Parking is excellent, and if you are active outside, there is a very safe walking path where you can enjoy nature with many benches if you get tired. Most stores are just a 5 or 10-minute drive. This is an Independent-Senior building, so many people have restaurant food or groceries delivered, and the facility is very secure. I have my own internet account, and for a rural-like location, the speed and connectivity are blazingly fast. Also, the internet and electricity have only had disruptions two times, and both electricity and the internet were restored within one hour.
