What a terrible property management company and on-site staff. Inept would be too kind of a description.
Leaks in the gym, building is dirty and it seems cleaning staff hours have been reduced. Parking gates are always broken and property is constantly surrounded by vagrants who have the ability to get into the garage.
The sprinkler & fire alarm system has been broken for months, going off at all hours of the night randomly.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had a frustrating experience. Our team is committed to maintaining a high standard of living for our residents, and we take your concerns seriously. While some challenges, such as leaks and fire alarms triggered by broken pipes, can be an unfortunate reality of mid-rise living, we address issues as quickly as possible.
We also work hard to maintain cleanliness and keep up with building maintenance. Living in a downtown mid-rise does come with certain challenges, including garage gates occasionally being damaged by drivers in a rush. However, we take action every time an issue arises and have consistently communicated updates to residents when repairs are needed. Most recently, damage to the garage was caused by juveniles from the property across from us, and we have filed charges. Our cameras documented the incident, allowing us to take appropriate steps.
