November 14, 2025Sodel Apartments has been such a great place to live! The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels really welcoming. The office staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. My move-in was smooth, and the apartment itself is spacious, updated, and comfortable. My apartment has turned into a home and I won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. I rarely have maintenance requests but when I do maintenance is very timely. Save your time and money
September 24, 2025Unfortunately Sodel & Towne properties is not worth your time or money. Sodel many issues living here but the biggest is there customer service or lack there of. Loving my new home
March 14, 2025I moved into this community and its absolutely amazing. The renovations are lovely and the lady in the office Kara has been very helpful through the whole process.
