Not a nice place
November 1, 2024Dirty apartment with dead cockroaches on the floor and alive cockroaches in the fridge. Stains on the tables in the kitchen and an unpleasant smell in each room. Small windows, cracks in the corners and on the walls, also dirt and trash around the front door. To be honest, I have no idea if it's the fault of the neighbors and previous residents or the office workers, but the impression was unpleasant.Review from Apartments.com

GOOD LOCATION, BAD MAINTENANCE AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT
November 22, 2022I have been living here for three years. No matter what management is in charge - maintenance is poor and care for maintenance is even worst - too much trash everywhere, for example... Areas around dumpsters are always dirty and many apartments have cockroaches. Management is only blah, blah but no real action to solve residents' issues, concerns, or common maintenance problems. Only excuse after excuse to get residents' money. Management is Jewish apparently, too many holidays and days off. ...So, residents are on their own most of the time.
