I also love all the retail/grocery near Sono East. The building itself is beautiful and amenities are great. Also if you have a dog, it's lovely here. May 3, 2024My experience so far at SoNo East has been nothing short of stellar. The staff - from leasing, to facilities and the front desk - are so friendly and hospitable. The building is consistently cleaned and kept up to date. The dog park is extremely clean and easily accessible as well. When moving in - the process to reserve the freight elevator through the 3rd party company is so easy (and free unlike most buildings). You can tell that both the management company (Greystar) and the SoNo employees ...not only care about their job / residents but also enjoy doing it.Property Manager Responded
