RUN DON"T WALK
May 24, 2024My apartment has a BAD bug problem. Roach, fly, and gnats infestations. I have here 4 most. and the management has done nothing to solve the problem. I caught 26 flies in 1 hour on sticky fly pad. I kill 10-15 roaches a day. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!Review from Apartments.com

Best apartment complex I've lived in.
July 9, 2018I highly recommend Social House. I've lived here for about a year now and I've never once had any problems. The apartment complex is small which means work orders ACTUALLY get completed and the property managers office is smack in the center of the complex which allows him to keep an eye out on almost all the buildings. Because it's also a smaller complex, he knows all his tenants which helps to keep away unwanted visitors so personally, I feel like its one of the safest apartment complexes in ...Nacogdoches. Rent is cheap and everything is within a short walking distance. Its also only a 15 min walk or 5 min bike ride to campus which helps for those who don't own vehicles (like myself). Recently Remodeled with New Management
October 6, 2015Lovely remodeled apartments with nice dark hardwood flooring, fresh white cabinetry, and new counter tops, and painted walls. It's become a pretty friendly community among neighbors who are the average, older college student or part-time students who are still working. No problems with parties or loud music, except the insulation is that of the 60's and if you're a downstairs neighbor, you can hear everything the upstairs neighbor does. I mean, everything - going up the stairs, stomping on the ...walkway, dragging furniture at all hours of the day/night, flushing the toilet (not to mention the sounds before flushing), etc. But at night there's no problems. Social House does some community events like crawfish cook-outs, game nights, and you can rent out the whole pool area and game room. Pet friendly too, no weight or breed restrictions! And you can pay $15/month to reserve a parking spot (parking is a bit of a problem with too many cars and not enough ideal spaces).
