It’s a communal living space and all the appliances work just fine and are all new. Given that rent is so high everywhere else it’s nice to find a place well insulated with great heating and cooling. The stove is perfect and has several settings for its oven and pretty wide. The fridge is well maintained and if ever a problem it’s extremely easy to use the resident portal to request maintenance on any appliance. Internet always works great and is amazing for the static all included utility cost. ...

It’s also in a great spot especially if you need to use public transportation, just about a ten min walk from the train station and the barely pod has several food trucks just right across the street.

Overcharged and lied to

They overcharged me for a 9x9 room where I have to share a bathroom, and have the audacity to lie to my face about overcharging me. The appliances installed around the place are pretty low grade, and struggle to do their jobs. Washer and dryer fail often, dishwasher barely cleans dishes, and the stove is some weird industrial one that has only medium burners.
