Granted they have been trying their best, but the current set up is something to be desired. Paying 5 bucks after 6 and on weekends no matter where you park or for how long is crazy to me. We did have an issue with people staying in the 6 visitor spots for days on end but now i feel like the situation is worse… but like I said. Nightmare if you work from home
April 1, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments aren’t bad, other than my floor randomly growing bumps in it and maintenance doing nothing about it…but honestly it’s a nightmare if you work from home. There is constant construction going on and it sounds like it’s right above your head even if it’s coming from a unit multiple floors below you. I understand needing to do upgrades but the worst part is that the leasing office doesn’t notify residents of when there will be construction. If they do, an email is sent out the morning ...of, usually after the construction has already started. If I knew when there would be construction, I’d make plans to go into the office, but communication is terrible here.
