Fast maintenance fix I have to commend the maintenance team at Sofi 5500. I called with a concern and within 24 hours it was fixed. And I cannot take them enough. As always, this team here at Sofi 5500 is excellent.

Overall I love it here… Overall it’s great here. I love it. The only complaint I have is VISITOR PARKING. Granted they have been trying their best, but the current set up is something to be desired. Paying 5 bucks after 6 and on weekends no matter where you park or for how long is crazy to me. We did have an issue with people staying in the 6 visitor spots for days on end but now i feel like the situation is worse… but like I said. I have no issues with anything else so i cant realllly complain. ...
But i do wish they would ask us for our input.

Nightmare if you work from home

The apartments aren’t bad, other than my floor randomly growing bumps in it and maintenance doing nothing about it…but honestly it’s a nightmare if you work from home. There is constant construction going on and it sounds like it’s right above your head even if it’s coming from a unit multiple floors below you. I understand needing to do upgrades but the worst part is that the leasing office doesn’t notify residents of when there will be construction. If they do, an email is sent out the morning ...
of, usually after the construction has already started. If I knew when there would be construction, I’d make plans to go into the office, but communication is terrible here. It’s impossible to have meetings or to get anything done from home with the constant banging and it doesn’t seem like it will end anytime soon.
