Love it I love this apartment. So clean and calm. I love how it’s very easy to access all trails. A lot of street parking. We see dears all the time too

Wonderful home but expensive I lived three years here. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved living in the canyon with deer and owls and other wildlife. Loved the access to the hiking trails at end of road.. pool was nice. Access to some shops and restaurants but other neighborhoods are way better.
Very expensive including $125/month just to flush the toilet and I lived alone and worked 5 days a week. If you’re comfortable paying around $3000/month rent then this place is really nice.

I would highly recommend Sofi Belmont for its location. Probably the best place to live in Belmont. Just be aware that the walls are very thin and noise carries.

A lot of the systems are old - for eg: the main entrance is only key-lock based, the kitchen cooking appliances are gas-based and the heating systems are not electric.

Good location but terrible management

Management recently turned over with everyone new in the leasing office. You really have to stay on top of them to get anything done. Not to mention the rude attitude.

I would recommend because it's a nice complex. And very diverse. People feel safe from the crazies here. Along with a huge dog population living her and trailheads, trails, wildlife, and WaterDog Lake. But the rent is still too high. People a moving in droves to less expensive states. If you can work from home, why live in an expensive Bay Area apartment?

If you live on the first floor, you could hear the steps from upstairs especially when if they get up early as my current situation resonates with this. Renter above me starts moving at 5am and disrupts my daily sleep as you can hear their steps around the entire room. The whole room shakes as a result, that would be my only negative.
