Property management is investing and making improvements, changes are obvious and appreciated after years of seeing mismanagement and property improvement projects fall through the cracks. However, the new trash and recycle situation is abysmal. We as residents fully understand the economics behind condensing down to two standalone units on the property, but it’s is INCREDIBLY inconvenient, especially in the winter being all the way across the property. It’s not as simple ...as “just toss the stuff in your car and throw away on your way off the property.” We realize that residents had abused the dumpsters in the past and having trash/recycle on the properties a privledge, and individuals were leaving refuse everywhere for workers to pick up, but this has created a brand new issue with residents and refuse in apartments. I don’t see how this is tenable long term without continued negative feedback from the community.Property Manager Responded

October 18, 2024Management and Maintenance I had a maintenance request in reference to loud sink drain thumping noise the night before they came right away I also had a clogged toilet bowl on occasion so they were able to check my drains within a very reasonable amount of time! The next day! Very satisfied now! I know when I put a maintenance request they come As soon as possible! Can't say enough about this place I love living here at Sofi Danvers!! Do not recommend
November 27, 2023Rat infested, overpriced, non compliant management and disgusting buildings. I am sorry to say I ignored all of the Red flags. There was a rat in the leasing office the day I came to sign paper work but I gave them a chance. A rat my first week moving in which the solution was just sticky traps. My lock stopped working and they broke it down and it is now barely working. The ELEVATOR has been broken for more than 2 weeks management has vague updates. I witnessed an older man take 30 minutes to ...get to the 4th floor. The summertime was full of police calls and pool fights.There is a huge hole on the side of building 3 that was never taken care of and I’m sure it’s messing with the safety and structure of the building. This complex is literally the projects. Only time you can contact management is by showing up in person. I will not be renewing my lease , nothing about these apartments are a LUXURY.Property Manager Responded
