Good bang for your buck in South Orange County
August 15, 2015Sofi Laguna Hills is very affordable compared to other prices in Orange County. The management is friendly and services needs are usually handled within 48-72 hours. The apartments are older but the community is maintained very nicely. There are a few things to keep in mind when considering Sofi Laguna Hills. There is no central air in the units and during the summer time it can get pretty unbearable with the heat. Another draw back is the water temperature. It takes about 5-10 minutes in ...the morning for the water to become hot. Parking can be difficult for your guest. Guest are not able to park inside the complex. There are only assigned parking for residents. There may be a few drawbacks but overall you get a lot of your money in a great location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Looks can be deceiving
July 25, 2015Let's start this off on a positive note, the staff here is friendly and welcoming. They remember my name and have done everything in their power to reach out to their residents and make them feel welcome. From pet adoption days, taco Wednesday's, and setting up neighbor hood watch meetings. The apartment is nice and most of them have recently been remodeled. However it has central air conditioning and the rooms get unbareably hot especially in the summer time. I have also had my bike stolen in ...just the 3 months that I have lived here for. It was locked up with a bike lock in my car port and someone cut the bike lock and stole my bike in the middle of the night. The price is reasonable (for Orange County) and is what originally drew me towards this complex. Also all my neighbors are very friendly and I have even made friends with quite a few of them. You take the good and the bad with every place but I don't think I will be renewing my lease. The location is nice though because there is groceries stores, a mall, restaraunts and in n out all basically in your back yard. There's also two separate pools, 2 jaquizis and plenty of nice gas bbqs spread through out the complex.
